1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and Warisan138 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the Warisan138 website, mobile interface, software, games, betting services, and all related features accessible atwarisan138.cam (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

• Single Account: Each individual may only hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your details promptly if any information changes.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order from any gambling platform or regulatory body at the time of registration or at any time during your membership.
• Not a Problem Gambler: By registering, you confirm that you do not have a known gambling addiction or dependency problem that would make your participation on the Platform harmful to you.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of Warisan138 Services — including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions — Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is a standard requirement across regulated gaming platforms and serves to protect both the Member and the Platform from fraud, money laundering, and identity theft.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Access and Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Warisan138 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to collect or harvest any data from the Platform, to use any automated systems to access the Platform, or to use the Platform for any commercial purpose.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Warisan138 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You must notify Warisan138 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5.3 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting markets on the Platform are governed by specific game rules and sports betting rules which form part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market. Warisan138 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed on incorrectly priced odds or technically faulted games.

5.4 Platform Availability

Warisan138 strives for maximum platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. Warisan138 shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, except where such downtime directly causes a financial discrepancy in a Member's account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Warisan138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Warisan138 does not charge deposit fees; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited in real time for e-wallet transactions and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the Warisan138 account.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Warisan138 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: e-walets under 5 minutes, DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes, bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes, not guarantees.
• Warisan138 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that trigger risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are stated in the cashier section of the Platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards offered by Warisan138 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated at the time of each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus will be clearly stated in the corresponding promotion terms. Games may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotion).

7.3 Bonus Abuse

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Warisan138 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game, particularly poker or live casino formats
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner designed to exploit promotional offers or bonus structures
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or game integrity mechanisms
• Impersonating any other person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward Warisan138 staff or other Members
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Warisan138 Platform — including but not limited to the Warisan138 brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, written content, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Warisan138 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted no licence, right, or interest in any Warisan138 intellectual property by virtue of your use of the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Warisan138.

Game content, including slot titles, live casino streams, and sports data, may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights belonging to the respective game studios and data providers. Warisan138 operates under appropriate licences from such parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warisan138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if Warisan138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warisan138's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Warisan138 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. All Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Warisan138's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your Warisan138 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team at [email protected]. Warisan138 will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Any remaining Wallet Balance at the time of closure (subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method.

11.2 Termination by Warisan138

Warisan138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Where closure is required for legal, regulatory, or risk management reasons
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months

Upon termination for breach, Warisan138 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Refund of real-money deposits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and Warisan138, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

Warisan138 is committed to resolving Member disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, please submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Warisan138 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
